In various Worldwide Campuses of International University
School of Medicine (IUSOM), Research Work of the Routine
Analytical Chemical Services is performed in the following
two areas:
- IUSOM provides routine Genomics and Proteomics
analyses (involving Human Gene Sequencing to focus
Cancer, COVID-19, Severe Acute Respiratory
Syndrome (SARS), Bovine Spongiform
Encephalopathy (BSE) (Mad Cow), Avian Flue
(Chicken Flue), and H1N1 (Swine Flue) Disease Cells
as well other Disease Cells) of the clinical samples and
other biological samples targeting chemical analyses
of genes, proteins and peptides.
- Furthermore, IUSOM delivers services to the wide
variety of the customers for the routine chemical
analyses of agrochemicals, pharmaceutical chemicals
and prohibited street drugs as well as those of
polychlorinated benzenes (PCBzs), biphenyls (PCBs),
dibenzofurans (PCDFs), dibenzo-p-dioxins (PCDDs)
and other priority pollutants and trace contaminants
including N-nitrosamines, pesticides and elements
such as Ag, Al, As, B, Ba, Be, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe,
Hg, K, Mg, Mn, Mo, N, Na, Ni, P, Pb, S, Si, Sr, Th, Ti, V,
Zn and Zr in the biological samples of liquid and solid
nature.
